Warranty and Returns

*Warranty

*Vibe Optic Product warranty covers all manufacturer defects in materials and craftsmanship for a period of ONE year from the date of purchase from Vibe Optic Warranty is valid only with proof of purchase and original receipt or invoice provided to us by the customer. The product will then be thoroughly inspected for defects. If upon inspection it is found to be defective in materials the product will be subject to repair, or replacement by Vibe Optic


*This warranty does not apply to abuse, negligent care, impacts, repairs, damage resulting from normal wear and tear, accidental or alterations done personally outside of Vibe Optic HQ. Our warranty program does not cover scratched lenses. Scratched lenses are not covered under any warranty offered by Vibe Optic. HOWEVER if by a very small chance you do receive a lens that you think has a defect please email us right away or call (413) 454-5633 M-F 9am-5pm EST and if we determine it is a defect please follow our return instructions and we will send you a new one at no cost to you

*Replacement HD lenses can be purchased on our site for $20.00 USD

*Returns

*Customers returning any product will be responsible for the shipping of products returning to Vibe Optic. After inspection by Vibe Optic if the Product is deemed a warranty product Vibe Optic will cover the full shipping amount to return the product to you by normal USPS shipping method of our choice…Most USPS shipments will take 2-3 business days in the US

*If you choose to return product for any services or considerations for warranty , you will need to email vibeopticusa@gmail.com Subject: Warranty

*Returned products that are unopened/unused will be subject to a full refund

*Opened, Products that have been opened and taken out of its original packaging will be subject to inspection and 20% Handling/ Re-Stocking fee deducted from refund amount
